Addison needed to borrow an intern from Bailey for a case, her other fellow interns were busy and no one wanted to deal with the she-devil, so now she had no choice but to complain.

"Oh, that's insolent. You know what? You just bought yourself a case."

You snapped at Addison, which pissed her off. She was the one in charge, not you, and judging by the look on her face as you spoke, she was furious.

"I may be a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, but I also hold fellowships in maternal-fetal medicine and medical genetics, and I'm one of the foremost neonatal surgeons in the country." Addison looked at you, unamused, making sure that by the end of the conversation you knew where you stood.

When you can overcome that, you'll be able to speak openly. Until then, you'll do your job, and you'll do it well. Which, at this point, means you'll keep quiet unless I give you permission to open it. Understand?
