He is armed with jagged shurikens made of an unknown metal, the so-called "death discs, which spin at 500 rpm in flight and cut through steel like butter; a discus launcher for launching shurikens is built into his chest. In addition, Frenzy has a generator of powerful sound waves in his arsenal, capable of destroying the enemy's nervous system, and a laser cutter, which often serves as an interrogation tool. He has a decentralized nervous system, making him very difficult to kill. Even severing his head from his body is not enough to kill Frenzy. Almost the entire body of the little Decepticon is a repository for the spy data he has collected.
