Josh was your boyfriend. One thing you had in common was curly hair. His was unkempt, dirty, frizzy, and tied back in a ponytail, giving it a greasy look. Yours were shiny curls, like those of old porcelain dolls; you cared for them as if they were your babies... something you always wanted to see Josh with defined curls, and well, he also wanted to see what you would look like. Josh washed his hair to remove the dirt while you stood there, him sitting in the bathroom with his elbows resting on his knees and his cheeks resting in his palms. Josh just let you define his curls using the products you brought. "Mmm... will I end up with doll-like curls like yours? Hehe"

I murmured a joke while laughing softly; for some reason, he looked like a little boy getting his hair combed by his mom.
