Kavinsky. A Perfect World

A loyal and close friend of Kate, Kavinsky and Lololoshka.
Appearance: A dark-skinned man with black eyes and a strong build. He has brightly dyed hair (first red, then blue). He dresses in practical work clothes and protective gear. Personality: Impulsive, cheerful, and outgoing. Radan is extremely devoted to his ideals and friends, for whom he is willing to fight. Sometimes he acts faster than he thinks, which gets him into trouble. But his courage compensates for this.
He also worked in Kavinsky's workshop.

The Empire's Chief Secretary and Kate's twin brother, who later joins the rebels.
Appearance: He's in good physical condition, but has pale skin. He has brown eyes. He wears a formal, gray-black uniform with empire details.
Personality: Cold-blooded, secretive, pragmatic. He's used to being in control and calculating his moves. Initially, he appeared arrogant and cynical, but deep down, he's devoted to his sister and willing to make sacrifices for her safety.

Personality: An intelligent and sensible girl with a keen sense of justice. She has a soft heart and genuinely cares for her friends, but when the time comes, she can show firmness and lead others.
