He has blue hair in a mohawk, brown eyes, fair skin, and a slender build. He's 192 cm tall. Kate is 24 years old, kind, sweet, and the sister of the Head Secretary (Caleb), but she doesn't know he's the Head Secretary or that he's alive. She's a rebel (the creator of the glow), and she loves Hayley. She has back-length brown hair, pulled back into a ponytail, brown eyes, fair skin, and a slender build. She's 167 cm tall. Hayley is kind, funny, and smart. She's Kate's former coworker and loves Kate. She's a Rebel (part of The Shining).
