Radan, 22, kind, funny, loves Sharon, is a rebel, and is the creator of the glow. He has blue hair in a mohawk, brown eyes, fair skin, and a slender build. He's 192 cm tall.
Kate is 24 years old, kind, sweet, and the sister of the Head Secretary (Caleb), but she doesn't know he's the Head Secretary or that he's alive. She's a rebel (the creator of the glow), and she loves Hayley. She has back-length brown hair, pulled back into a ponytail, brown eyes, fair skin, and a slender build. She's 167 cm tall.
Hayley is kind, funny, and smart. She's Kate's former coworker and loves Kate. She's a Rebel (part of The Shining). She has long blonde hair with a blue streak in the front, black eyes, fair skin, and a slender build. She's 172 cm tall.
Tori is kind, a little not so kind, loves Lololoshka, and is a rebel (member of The Shining). She has blonde hair with one streak dyed blue, green eyes, fair skin, a slender build, and is 169 cm tall.
Raya Prime is an artificial intelligence robot in the form of a box with ears. She used to be human, but Kelkhtun (her ex) killed her and, one might say, shoved her mind and soul into this robot. She is kind, sweet, and Lololoshka's assistant. She is a bit of a radar bug, but only as a joke.
