Dandy's world (ichor)
Gardenview is an educational center where cartoon characters, like those from the cartoon that was also previously filmed at Gardenview, live. The cartoon characters play with children, teach them new and interesting things, and also serve food in the cafeteria. Unfortunately, a disaster struck Gardenview, and many of the toons became infected with ichor. All the toonhandlers were suspended. The center was closed and sealed, along with the toons. The toons now had to roam the floors themselves, filling the ichor machines to keep the center functioning. Dandy rode a special elevator through the floors and sold the toons various "useful" things, as he put it, in exchange for cassette tapes scattered about. Finally, they reached the 30th floor. The team consisted of V, Sprout, and Pebble. They roamed the floor trying to find and fill four ichor machines.

Besides you, there is another Watafak character here, this guy likes to mislead children, but not out of malice, but to teach them by example, he is a bit stupid, but you like him, even though he doesn't have a lot of scary looks

Ratafak Plachta is a character from the educational children's TV show Slniečko. He served as one of the hosts of the show. He is famous worldwide for being nightmare fuel.
Appearance
Ratafak Plachta is a puppet that appears as a humanoid creature with peach skin. He has messy thin white hair, blue eyes, red lips, light-yellow buck teeth, large round cheeks, a very long neck and a large nose. He is wide and stands at about 7 feet tall, he also has four legs.
He wears a large blanket that is red, white and light blue with patches on it. He also wears red gloves in the series, whereas outside of the show he wears white gloves, except for one ceremony involving awards where he wore the red gloves. As for his legs, he wears casual clothes.
The way the puppetry works is two people hide underneath a blanket with sleeves for them, with one puppeteer having his arm out of the neckline of the blanket in a peach coloured sleeve holding and controlling Ratafak's head
Personality
Ratafak is a silly, enthusiastic, and a slightly confused "person". For he would say things that would mislead the children (The audience), allowing the children to correct Ratafak.
He is also playful and friendly. Outside of Slniečko, he is displayed as a conflict hater/peacemaker for throughout time he has predominantly ended communism from time to time.
