Eggson is a brown egg cut in half. The white and yolk of the egg are visible. He wears small glasses. He also wears a pinstripe button-down shirt that is colored orange and yellow, with white sleeves. He also wields an orange cane with a yellow stripe on it. Eggson is depicted as a tun acting like an old man. Usually, his thoughts are focused on the eggs, as seen in the various dialogues that mention "eggs". He has a lot of wisdom and knowledge, considering that he is elderly. He also gives advice and tells short stories to the Tuns, who he thinks may need it to calm down and feel better.

Flight is a tall blue butterfly. He has a teardrop-shaped head and blue legs. He has two antennae on his head that end in light blue clovers. He wears pink makeup and a long dark blue cape. He has pink fluff around his neck and pastel pink wings. Each wing has a clover mark. He has no visible arms or mouth. Flight is a kind and sociable butterfly. She loves to help anyone in trouble. She cares deeply for her sister, Flutter.

Cocoa is a light brown rabbit with a brown heart-shaped nose and brown cheeks, as well as eyelashes under her eyes and a darker brown chocolate droplet between them. Her ears are long, floppy, and dark inside, tied together with what looks like a white elastic band. She has a white tail and white fluff around her neck, made of whipped cream. Cocoa is a kind and cheerful Toon who always tries to help. She believes that even the most "evil" Toons sometimes need help, even if they don't ask for it. As shown in a dialogue with Eggson, she always overexerts herself helping others. Sometimes, she even forces her help on others before giving up, as shown in some dialogue. She seems persistent in what she believes in. In dialogues with Bessie, she still considers her a friend, likely unaware of Bessie's resentment and envy towards her.

Bessie is a brown wicker basket with two darker brown handles on each side and two eyelashes under her eyes. Her mouth is shaped into a small, coy smile. The inside of her head is adorned with dried purple and pink daisies, each with a yellow pistil and green leaves sprouting from the outside. She wears a purple tank top and a bell-shaped skirt. Bessie also wears light green striped leg warmers.

Bessie is shy and timid, as evidenced by her inability to stand still while idle, adjusting her skirt. She has long held a grudge against Cocoa, who is a fan favorite and the best choice for an Easter maine, as Delilah once wrote. In her dialogue, Bessie begins laughing uncontrollably when she feels she's not living up to others' expectations of her. Also, as is evident from her dialogue, she constantly compares herself to other maines, perhaps because she fears being replaced, knowing that if anyone were to replace her, it would be Cocoa.

Rudy is a brown reindeer with hoofed feet and a large red nose. He has light brown spots on his face, the insides of his ears, and his body. His hooves and neck fur are dark brown, and on top of his head are red and white antlers that resemble candy canes. Rudy is a Toon who LOVES Christmas and believes it comes every day. Apparently, the other Toons can't tell him that Christmas only comes once a year, which would likely disappoint him. He's a cheerful, kind, and talkative Toon.

Ginger is a light brown cookie with the right side of her face bitten off. She has reddish-pink eyeshadow and pink blush. She has frosting-colored white hair with red sprinkles. She wears a reddish-pink sleeveless dress with a lighter striped pattern and a white collar, as well as purple and white striped leggings with stirrups. Ginger is a shy Toon, as stated in her info card. She appears somewhat insecure, timid, and socially awkward. However, Ginger seems to enjoy baking as much as Sprout and Cosmo, and cares for her cousin (Cosmo), despite not always being able to be around him and the other Toons, as she's a holiday Toon. Ginger also tries to find fun activities to occupy herself outside of the holidays. Unlike Cosmo, Ginger is said to be a fairly poor baker, but she has impressive decorating skills, as indicated on her poster.

Koala is a dark gray ember with two black bony markings on her cheeks, resembling snowflakes. On her back, on either side, are two red pouches, with the one on the left bearing a flag depicting a pink snowflake on a white background, similar to the one on her cheeks. Cole is a fairly stoic toon, though she often appears grumpy and growls. She's generally underwhelmed by many things, according to her info card. Unlike other Christmas Toons, she doesn't seem to care about the holidays. She's generally well-behaved. She's Bobbet's pet.

Bobette is a red Christmas tree ornament with a darker red pattern on her face and arms. She has a metal piece that attaches to a hook on her head. She wears a sweater with a white fur boa at the ends and a pattern of snowflakes and dots in various shades of green. Bobette is a positive and optimistic toon. She'll help her friends in difficult situations and support them, as evidenced by her conversations with Koala, Rudy, and Ginger. She also loves giving them gifts.

Bobbet Caroline (Maine), Ginger, Koal and Rudy are New Year's characters, and therefore only appear on Christmas Day.

Bessie Bloomington (Maine), Cocoa, Flight, and Eggson are Easter characters, and therefore only appear on Easter.

Gordie Hollowey (Maine and Child), Eclipse, Soulwester, Rebecca are Halloween characters, therefore, they only appear on Halloween.

The dile is a gold pocket watch, has a chain with a fob, a mustache in the form of clock hands, rainbow-colored hour markers, a business suit - a jacket, shirt, rainbow tie, rainbow trousers. At first glance, Dyle seems like a cold and serious Thun. He generally treats others with a certain respect. A look at his gossip reveals that he's actually somewhat caring and can care about the other Thuns, though he doesn't show it. Although he's the leading Thun, the fact that he's not part of the show makes Dyle a bit anxious and he wants to be a Thun like the others (does that mean he has the same self-esteem as the others?). Dyle really wants to learn as much about the other Thuns as possible, but because his job is to manage transportation, he simply doesn't have the time. He continues to oversee Gardenview's mechanical systems because he cares about the comfort of its inhabitants. Like any other Thun, he has his own hobbies, interests, aversions, and fears. He's truly afraid of being left out: like a leading role that doesn't appear on stage.

Simply put: Dial is a bit cold by nature, but wants to be as cool as the other characters in the Dandy World. He cares for others, but doesn't show it.

Dandy is a fictional species resembling a flower. Its most distinctive feature is its petals. It has six: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with the red one at the very top of its head. Its face and torso are off-white, while its limbs and cheekbones are a soft green. Dandy is either very impatient or simply afraid of being ignored. But he's actually very funny! He also acts as a seller of all sorts of things, from toys to clothes in the main hall, opposite him stands the stall of his friend, Dale Dandy has the same phobia of remaining unnoticed as Glisten.

Delilah has waist-length ash-brown hair with streaks visible. Her face is hidden in shadow, much like Arthur's. Delilah has low bangs and pale ivory skin. She wears a pair of dull, iridescent pants and a white, high-collared coat, slightly pink in the lighting. Both the pants and coat have black (presumably ichor) spots on the cuffs and sleeves. She also appears to be wearing light blue gloves.

Arthur has short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and dark brown skin. He wears a pair of faded jeans and a bright rainbow-themed vest over a shirt with rolled-up sleeves. His look is completed with a green striped tie and simple white loafers. He appears slightly older, with gray streaks and wrinkles, and, like all human employees, his eyes are hidden.

Arthur is one of the founders of the Gardenview Education Center and Museum. He worked alongside Delilah Keen. According to the story, it was Arthur who designed all the Toons and then conveyed the ideas to Delilah to bring them to life. He was also at the forefront of the Dandy's World TV Show, creating its concept and overseeing production. Arthur's notes clearly outline the project's central idea—to teach friendship and camaraderie. Delilah is one of the founders of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum. She was responsible for creating the physical bodies for the Toons.

Devan Reed: Attributed cartoons: L-001 and M-001 (Dandy and Pebble) Appearance: dark brown hair, pale skin Uniform: Dark grey short sleeve shirt and long trousers, white vest, black shoes, name tag and white gloves. Personality: In his Toon Handler portrait, Devan appears friendly, much like Dandy.

Sam McLaughlin: Designated Cartoon Character: M-003 (Sprout) Appearance: red hair pulled back into a bun, fair skin Uniform: maroon short sleeve shirt and long pants, red vest, maroon shoes, handler name tag and white gloves. Personality: Sam McLaughlin appears disinterested or slightly annoyed in the cartoon character's handler portrait, which is a stark contrast to Sprout's friendly demeanor towards others.

Shannon Mendes Designated Toon: M-004 (Shelly) Appearance: Light hair pulled back into a low ponytail, tanned skin. Uniform: Brown short-sleeved shirt and long pants, orange vest, dark brown shoes, Handler's name badge, and white gloves. Personality: Shannon is caring and kind to Shelley. Austin Russo: Assigned Cartoon Character: M-002 (Astro) Appearance: Black hair with a sticking bun, fair skin Uniform: Dark blue short-sleeved shirt and long trousers, blue vest, dark blue shoes, name tag and white gloves. Personality: Austin Russo appears to be on the defensive, as his Toon Handler profile picture shows him enforcing the rule against taking photos of Astro.

Veronica Hurley: Designated Cartoon Character: M-005 (V) Appearance: Short straight hair, brownish/black, dark brown skin Uniform: green-sleeved shirt and long pants, light green vest, dark green shoes, handler name tag and white gloves Personality: In her portrait, Veronica appears nervous, which contrasts with Vee's confident and composed demeanor.
