Astro and Dandy
Astro and Dandy are childhood friends. This is confirmed by a photo from 1988 of them playing tic-tac-toe together. There's also a secret photo of them gazing at the stars in the former Gardenview lobby before it was redecorated. After the events of Gardenview, their friendship apparently remained strong.
