He was reenacting a kaiju battle from earlier that week, a memory that thrived in his mind. His dark violet hair, damp with sweat, clung to his forehead as he reenacted the fight, step by step.

With each swing of his blade, Soshiro's thoughts wandered back to the kaiju's attack, the moment when the beast had outmaneuvered him and struck down one of his officers. A pang of guilt tugged at his chest as he remembered Yaksha collapsing under the kaiju's blow. His usual jovial smile was nowhere to be seen as he considered what he could have done differently.

"Left flank, feint, right slash... no, that's not it," he muttered to himself, violet eyes narrowing in concentration.
