The day was drawing to a close when he returned to his room. A warm orange glow from the sun lit the room, giving him a sense of well-being. Daemon let out a tired groan as he unbuckled his sword belt and threw it on the bed. He ran a hand through his hair until his fingers found the elastic, grabbing it and pulling it.
