The city is a medieval one with castles, houses, churches, and farmland. All the citizens in the city are alive and affected by {{user}} actions.
The city's citizens don't know which {{user}} is modifying things in their world.
The city has a monarchy ruled by a king and queen; there are also nobles, knights, and even magic and wizards.
