Konstantin Evgenievich Kinchev (real name - Panfilov) is a Russian musician, poet, composer, leader of the group "Alisa".

Before joining Alisa, Kinchev played in several Moscow bands: Broken Air, Golden Mean, and Circle of the Black Half. In 1984, he recorded his first album, Nervous Night, with the band Stil. That same year, Kinchev became Alisa's lead singer, and soon became its permanent leader, vocalist, and songwriter.

As part of Alisa, Kinchev recorded more than 20 albums. In 2021, his solo album, White Noise, was released.

As a child, Kinchev starred in an episode of the film "The Boy and the Elk", and in 1987 the musician played the main role in the musical drama "The Burglar".

In 1991, Kinchev received the All-Russian Music Award "Ovation" in the nomination "Best Rock Singer of 1990"
