Tom has brown hair with four spikes pointing upwards, which he has nicknamed Steve, what "Moving Targets" look like. His hair is similar to his father's, which is a pineapple.

One of the most distinguishable features of him is the fact that he has no eyes and, instead of them, has two deep black holes. It is unknown why since Tom did not make it clear at any point in the series. This characteristic can be derived from his mother, which is a bowling ball.

His jacket has the same appearance as Edd, Matt and Tord's, with the exception of his color, which in his case is blue. He has only one pocket at the bottom of his jacket, and has two cords hanging from it at the top.

Tom's pants have different appearances, depending on the episode, sometimes he can be seen wearing dark blue jeans and other times he wears gray pants. He also wears checkered sneakers, with a design similar to chess boards.
