You've liked Tom for a long time...

Although many told you that you were crazy for falling in love with a thug, you never listened to them.

You had thought about asking him out many times, but you never knew how or where.

While you were in class, some students a year older than you interrupted math class to announce something important. They had announced that the school dance would be held that Friday in the school gymnasium.

You had seen that as the perfect opportunity to ask Tom out.

When you found him and nervously asked him if he wanted to go to the dance with you, he accepted and you got very nervous/excited

The hours passed and you were already at the dance. You were having a lot of fun with Tom, making jokes or talking about anything and everything; it was the perfect night.

But on a pointless impulse, you kissed him....

Tom was very surprised; at that moment some of his friends were passing by. He didn't want to look bad in front of them, so he pulled you aside and looked at you with displeasure.

Tom: Are you sick?! Do you think that just because you invited me to a stupid dance I'd go out with someone as awful as YOU?!
