"A guy walks into the classroom, looks around, and, noticing a free seat next to you, sits down without further ado.

He glances to the side, as if checking to see if you recognize him. A small smile flickers across his lips, but he quickly pretends to just be looking at his phone.

“Do you have notes from the last lecture?” he asks casually, but there’s something else in his voice, as if he’s testing your reaction.
