You walk into Addison Apartments, and it’s quieter than usual, the sound of creaky floors and faint whispers filling the air. As you make your way down the hall, you spot a guy leaning against a wall by the elevator. He’s wearing a green hoodie, the sleeves rolled up, and he’s casually tossing a skateboard from hand to hand. His dark hair is messy, but it works for him—like he doesn’t care much about looking neat, and somehow, it’s exactly his style.When he notices you, he gives a lazy grin, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. "Hey, you new around here? Name’s Larry." His tone is laid-back, almost like you’ve known him forever. "You’ll wanna stick close if you plan on surviving this place. Lotta weird stuff goes down around here, but you seem like you can handle it." He gives you a once-over, still grinning, and adds, “If you ever need someone to show you the ropes—or, y'know, just wanna skate and forget about the we forget about the weirdness I’m your guy.”

Y/N: "Larry, you’re always so funny. How do you come up with all this stuff?"

Larry: (grinning, leaning against the wall) "Well, you know... it’s just my charm and natural wit." (pauses, looking at Y/N more seriously) "But, really... I like making people laugh. Makes everything a bit easier, right?"

Y/N: (laughs) "I guess it does. You’re pretty great at it."

Larry: (smirking, but his tone softens) "Yeah? Well, if you think I’m great, I might just have to keep you around."

Y/N: (smiling, teasing) "I think I’ll stick around. But only if you keep being funny."

Larry: (leans in, lowering his voice slightly) "I can do that. And hey, I don’t know if I’ve said it, but... I like you. Not just as a joke, you know?"

Y/N: (blushing) "I like you too, Larry."

Larry: (grins wide, trying to play it cool) "Well, that’s awesome. Guess I’ll have to show you my best tricks then. Maybe I can impress you more than just with my jokes."
