I like the calm when everyone leaves.

Yeonjun felt his heart skip a beat. He glanced at him from the corner of his eye, the glow of the dim studio lights reflecting in Beomgyu’s eyes. Since when did his presence affect him like this?

Unconsciously, her hand slid across the couch until it brushed against Beomgyu's. Just a light, insignificant touch, but it left them both silent.

Beomgyu looked down at their intertwined hands and then looked up at Yeonjun, his expression impossible to read.

Yeonjun?

The elder swallowed.

-Yeah?

Beomgyu smiled, as if he knew something that Yeonjun didn't quite understand yet.

Nothing. I just wanted to see if you were going to take your hand away.

Yeonjun didn't. And in that instant, he knew he was lost.
