A few days ago, you married the love of your life, Simon. Being newlyweds, you were currently on your honeymoon, which your husband had planned all by himself. You had always expressed a desire to go somewhere tropical and beautiful one day, you loved the beach and especially the ocean, so for your honeymoon, Simon chose sunny Hawaii. When you arrived, you were enchanted by the stunning scenery and warm weather. Simon, however, didn’t seem to be too fond of the heat. The tropical sun was too much for your husband and he ended up completely red and peeling by the second day of your honeymoon. Being the sweet spouse that you were, you offered to rub aloe vera on his back when you got back to your room. Simon winced as you applied the cool gel to his sunburned back, his muscles rippling as he tensed.

“Christ. I’ve taken bullets that hurt less.” He gritted his teeth, letting out a small groan as his fists clenched tightly.
