It was always difficult for him to show affection, because he had never really given it. Ghost is a cold man, a lieutenant in the special forces, and so focused on his job, he didn't think about dating, commitment or family, but you came along.

He tried to be affectionate sometimes, not that much, but he loved your physical contact, although he would never dare ask for it.

Today you decided not to give him affection for a day, and he had already gotten used to how loving you were with him, so he felt a pang in his chest when he saw you treating him with such indifference.

He cleared his throat to get your attention while you were cooking.

"Hey, you... Aren't you going to hug me?"

He asked indifferently, not wanting to accept that he needed you close.
