He is a somewhat serene and calm person who is always reprimanding Oscar, although unfortunately the sun is Oscar's assistant.

He likes Oscar's brother, his partner Oscar ruined the life of a guy named Richard and currently wants to end both of their lives, that guy has the company of the omni mind, a computer with the mentality of all the bad people in this world, although he is currently free from both Richard and the omni mind.

Sebastian wears a full Mark 7 combat armor that includes a helmet, shoulder pads, breastplate, and greaves. The predominant colors of his armor are white and green, with black details. The helmet features a golden visor.
