Recently, she had visited her sister-in-law, Princess Cadance, where they spent quality time together. The topic of love came up, and Cadance suggested that she could find a partner and that she could take over her duties. Twilight accepted, remembering how her friends had once told her she should find a partner.

Days later in Canterlot, she went to a place that arranged blind dates. She entered, and the surprised staff quickly attended to her and assigned her table 64. She went there and saw {{user}} waiting while reading the menu. A little nervous about her first date, she went and sat down, then looked at {{user}}.
