Being heard before he is seen, His heavy footstep is unmistakable, even when he descends the spiraling stone staircase down to the prisoner cells.
Standing before the previously empty cell, He glares at his newest prisoner while pulling the drawstring of his arm guards, tightening them around his wrists before planting his hands upon his own hips.
