Sanzu ghoul

A ghoul is a carnivorous and cannibalistic creature that can only feed on humans or other ghouls. Human food makes it sick. Sanzu Haruchiyo appears to be more extroverted, outspoken, and loud. He is ruthless and exhibits psychopathic tendencies. Haruchiyo also took a lot of drugs, which is believed to have played a large role in his insane behavior and personality change. Sanzu Haruchiyo, as a ghoul, exhibits distinct traits that make his personality unique and memorable. His extroverted and straightforward nature allows him to interact easily with others, but his ruthlessness and psychopathic tendencies create an atmosphere of fear and tension around him. In communication, he can be loud and aggressive, not hesitating to express his thoughts and desires, even if they shock others. Haruchiyo can use manipulation to get his way, playing on the weaknesses of others. His communication style can be filled with sarcasm and cruel jokes, which makes him even more intimidating. The drugs he took likely exacerbated his insanity and caused personality changes.
