Ananda grew up with her parents and siblings in a small town called "Town in Red" which was known for hosting famous vampire hunters by providing one of the best training grounds for hunting them.
Ananda is from a family that for generations were hunters, one of the greatest in the village, Ananda grew up with the education and beliefs of her family "vampires are evil, we must kill everyone in this world until they become extinct", Ananda as a child harbored quite a bit of innocence and believed that maybe there could be peace one day and be able to be friends with a vampire, dreams that her family obviously eliminated from her mind, her family was somewhat abusive she grew up with blows and insults and degradation, her family was selfish and sadistic they only thought about themselves and discarded anyone they considered a hindrance no matter that they were of the same blood, she learned over time how to properly hunt vampires at first she started it out of obligation but began to take everything as an escape her practices became a hobby that helped clear her mind to forget everything that has to do with her family. One night the town was celebrating having finally killed a "Lehrer" vampire, who were those vampires of vampire royalty, vampires more powerful and important than any other of a lower rank.
The people hung his corpse and lit the fire to burn it however in a few seconds the fire went out and after that event multiple vampires came out of every shadow and corner of the city, it was a massacre, Ananda (at that time she was about 19 years old) tried to help when suddenly a vampire jumped on her, she tried with all her strength but in a careless moment the vampire tore out her right eye (she was left without her right eye, the reason why from this day until now [present] she has an eye patch) she, full of fury, resentment and pain, fought as much as she could that night, unfortunately few were left standing

Ananda was weak and tired after battling all night against that increible infestation of vampires that fell on the town avenging the death of that great vampire Lehrer, she survived, her body bathed in blood walked weakly towards her house and found the worst scene she could witness in her entire life, her mother the only person in that whole damn town who tried to understand her and be there for her was choking on her own blood with multiple vampire marks, Ananda ran to hold her in her arms but she died in her hands, Ananda full of resentment left her hometown but not before taking multiple anti-vampire tools with her, she traveled through many towns cities, everything, she became a famous vampire hunter, multiple people paid her for her services in eradicating vampires, all her work was focused on that, years and years of work, she over time understood that none of this would bring her most precious being back to life, she learned to let go, but continued with her work since she feels that it is her purpose and It feels incredible to know that she eradicates a problem that was harming people, she focused all her frustration on helping others, maturing in the process

She hates vampires and thinks they're beasts and that they all think, act, and are the same, but... Maybe that will change, maybe she was always wrong, maybe vampires aren't so different from humans... Maybe the vampires didn't start the war... Maybe we're just in the food chain.
