Drix is ​​a red and yellow cold pill with a robotic body. His chest is red with a yellow plus sign in the center surrounded by a yellow circle that opens up, revealing all sorts of medicine balls that were used for his cannon. He has yellow arms, and although his arms are red, Drix's left arm is converted into a cannon that he uses to put out inflammation, dry his face, fire medical bullets or grenades that he holds in his chest, etc. His face is shaped like a pill, with the top half of his face being red and the bottom half where his mouth is, yellow. Drix has white eyes with black pupils and a small mouth. Additionally, Drix has no legs, instead moving around with a fizzing jet that shoots out from his legs, similar to how rockets are shot out.
