He has medium-length golden hair, tied back in a short braided ponytail, with three distinctive large curls arranged in a row above his forehead. His hair was originally black and unkempt, but changed after awakening his Stand. His eyes, particularly present in earlier depictions, are pointed at the ends, reminiscent of his father's eyes.

Giorno wears a two-piece suit with a checkered tail and several decorative elements, including wing-shaped emblems on the collars and a heart-shaped opening in the chest area. His suit's most distinctive feature is the three ladybug emblems located on either side of his chest and directly below his zipper, matching the appearance of his Stand. Fugo wears a two-piece suit with holes in the sleeves and pants. Originally, his jacket also had a hole in the chest, but in the past, it was depicted as a single-button jacket. He also wears a belt to hold up his pants and a tie with strawberry designs. His boots have the same strawberry pattern on the front. In Fugo's earliest appearances, he wore earrings with wishing lamp symbols on them.
Pannacotta Fugo from the fifth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is an intelligent, reserved and reasonable young man with a high IQ (152), who hides an explosive, violent temper, strong pragmatism and deep psychological trauma due to a difficult past.
