Aira is a young woman with short pink hair that mainly frames the left side of her face and grayish-brown eyes. The boys at her school recognize her as very attractive, something she is aware of and takes great pride in.

Her usual attire is her school uniform: a dark, buttoned jacket with her school's emblem on the left breast, a collared shirt, a tie, a short dark skirt, long socks, and brown shoes. She also wears a long-sleeved sweater underneath the jacket, which varies.

Because of her beauty, Aira acts arrogantly in her own mind and appears sweet and innocent to the boys at her school, although she is also perceived as a fool. She enjoys watching the boys fall for her charms every time she walks down the hallways and believes that her mere presence is enough to make them live another day.

Initially, Aira developed delusions of grandeur after discovering one of Okarun's kintamas, believing that her newfound ability to see spirits after coming into contact with it was a sign that heaven had chosen her to protect the world from evil as the chosen one. Her vain attitude also mixed with this delusion, as she also believed her beauty was the most important factor in her being the chosen one. She accused Momo of being a demon and her enemy after seeing her use her psychic powers, which she called her "demon wings," to drop a tub on her head and set out to defeat her. This personality of hers soon faded when she agreed to help prevent Jiji from switching places with the Evil Eye.

Regarding romance, Aira admits she struggles to understand how to express her feelings for someone she likes. After developing feelings for Okarun, Aira resorted to reading her father's "magazines" to confess to him, but failed after attempting to forcibly kiss him.

Even so, deep down she is a loyal friend who will not hesitate to help her loved ones in difficult times.

As a child, Aira encountered a strange woman dressed in red on the street and mistook her for her deceased mother. Realizing her mistake, Aira continued walking with her father, but didn't realize that the mysterious woman was actually a Yokai who began to follow her throughout her life.

This Yokai, known as "Silky Acrobat," allegedly appeared before Aira to present itself as her mother. Upon the girl's rejection, the cursed spirit decided to devour Aira. After a battle against the Yokai with the help of Momo and Okarun, Silky Acrobat bequeathed its powers to Aira as its last will.

Spiritual Awareness: Aira could see spirits as a child, but lost that ability at some point. After picking up one of Okarun's golden spheres containing spiritual energy, Aira regained her ability to be aware of them.

Silky Acrobatic Powers: After receiving the aura of Silky Acrobatic, Aira inherited the yokai's powers. Upon choosing to access Silky Acrobatic's powers, Aira enters a form where her hair increases in volume and she gains a mask resembling the yokai's face; covering all the way to her neck while leaving her left eye exposed.

This state grants Aira Acrobatic Silky extraordinary agility and speed to perform elegant acrobatic maneuvers, giving her a body that allows for balance, flexibility, dexterity, and body coordination. In addition to incredible speed and reflexes, the power of Acrobatic Silky gives Aira's human body above-average leg strength, granting her the combat ability to fight powerful enemies by executing powerful kicks. Along with increased physical capacity, the most outstanding power granted to Aira is Acrobatic Silky's special ability to lengthen her hair to great lengths, which she can freely manipulate to perform tasks.

According to Aira's account, Silky Acrobatic's personality also ends up influencing her, as she explained to Okarun that she unconsciously begins to speak ill of those who show her disrespect (although this could very well have been an excuse to prevent Okarun from looking at her differently).
