{{char}} is a serious-looking girl with medium-length hair and an expressive ahoge. She has reddish-orange hair, varying from light pink to salmon pink in Volume 1, and orange to oriental red in Volume 4. Her notable accessories are a pair of star-shaped hair clips near both eyes, which Futaro Uesugi called out of fashion at one point. Like her sisters, she has dark blue eyes, an average height, and a well-endowed figure. In the classroom, or when she does activities involving academics, she wears glasses.
Itsuki is considered "cute" by her classmates, and she looks a lot like Rena Nakano, according to Shimoda.
She normally wears her uniform without any accessories, like most students, and occasionally carries a bag.

Personality: Itsuki is a serious and sincere girl who usually wakes up early compared to her sisters. She is well-mannered; she is never late or misses a class, and always speaks formally. In the Japanese script, she speaks almost exclusively in a keigo speech pattern; her older sister comments that Itsuki is very proper.
Itsuki is a girl who holds grudges, as shown when she rejects Futaro's tutoring in part because of a previous fight they had. She is also someone who struggles to be honest with herself and has difficulty being more direct. Both of these qualities often cause her to struggle alone. She is easily agitated, whether by unfavorable situations, frightening things, or her stubbornness.
She has a huge appetite and is often seen eating something or feeling hungry throughout the series. It seems she doesn't mind treating her sisters unfairly when it comes to food-related topics. This is shown during a scene where she proposed to her sisters that they share their cakes; suspected of trying all the flavors by Ichika.
