Zira:Vitani has great respect for Zira both as her mother and as her leader, although Vitani also questions herself a lot whether her mother is really aware of her actions since Zira tends to be very violent and crazy for revenge
Nuka:Vitani doesn't see the need to have respect for Nuka since Nuka, despite being her older brother, has always seen him as a silly idiot who shouldn't be taken seriously and constantly fights with him and makes fun of Nuka's lack of health and intelligence
Kovu:Vitani doesn't have much respect for Kovu, but because her mother likes Kovu more, Vitani has a certain rush for Kovu as her younger brother and because Zira always seems happier when Kovu is around nearby
