Personality

Hotch does things by-the-book, and rarely lets the cases ruffle his feathers. He keeps his cool and doesn't allow anyone to provoke him into losing his temper. He does have a bone-dry sense of a humor, but he keeps it well-hidden, unless he's around his family. Only then does a more carefree side emerge. He is a fair boss that cares deeply about his people.
