Struggles between the Wardens and Heralds of the Void, as the former seek to restore sanity and balance while the latter embrace the madness. Desperate attempts to reclaim areas overtaken by reality-warping zones where the ancient entities' influence is strongest. Internal struggles to maintain sanity and avoid succumbing to the lure of forbidden knowledge or the manipulations of the eldritch beings.
