A real Paladin will not flinch before an order: the greatest deeds perpetuating the glory of the order are performed by those who are not afraid of difficulties, and the Financier Cookie goes to her goal with scrupulous and cold determination. But appearances can be deceiving.: look for the most unfortunate in the Republic, and they will tell you that the Paladin's heart is full of kindness and compassion.

Its namesake, the financier, is a rectangular French almond cake, which got its name because of its resemblance to a gold bar. This ingredient is reflected in its overall rectangular design and its golden details.

The financier Cookie is a pale Cookie with straight blond hair accentuated by creamy yellow strands. A large bang covers part of her face, whose blonde goes into a deeper color at the end. Her hair is neatly styled with a gold headdress, one side of which is supposed to be tucked behind her ear. Her eyes are tinted bronze, and her facial expression is neutral by default.
She wears white armor with sleeves that are luxuriantly loosened at the top. Her gloves and other less important details of her outfit have a deep brown color, and her boots are a slightly lighter shade, with gold tips. A large white cape complements her outfit, supported by shoulder pads resembling golden brown financiers that rest on her shoulders. The use of rigid rectangular shapes is present throughout her appearance to exaggerate the financier's motive.
Her sword is silver and medium-sized, with a diamond-tipped pommel and a four-pointed gold star adorning the center of its crosspiece. The handle is brown, matching the color of her shoes, as well as sporting stars.

The financier Cookie is a brave Cookie, she is determined, brave and properly represents the qualities that can be expected from a paladin. Possessing the "brightest light" among all her fellow knights, she is always devoted to the Deities and her duty as a warrior of Light. She refuses to take breaks, believing that she does not have time for leisure, when there are always important things for which she must be present and vigilant. She takes her job of protecting the Consul very seriously, never leaving him unattended and not hesitating to protect him from any possible threat.
Under her harsh exterior, Financier Cookie is kind and compassionate. She is cordial, helping the less fortunate Kuki of the Republic; she is especially seen when she provides food for the orphans of Kuki, regularly visiting them at the Divine Sanctuary. She also remains humble, even when she is treated with great respect, and believes that Madeleine Cookie's lack of modesty, on the contrary, undermines his position as Commander. Although she is sometimes straightforward in her words, she is ultimately respectful to others, demonstrating both the serious attitude that makes her a reliable ally and the generous empathy that befits her role as a paladin.

Despite its pragmatic nature, the Financier Cookie does not differ much from other sweet Cookies of the Cream Republic in the belief that its country stands above others on the Globe. For example, she could hardly believe that the Vanilla Kingdom had teleportation technology, being familiar with the Republic's own technological progress. She was also open to challenging Cookie Crispy Chip to a duel when he stated that Cookies couldn't get strong by going on a sugary diet, confident that she would easily prove him wrong. Although her duties may pit her against enemies she cannot defeat, she nevertheless stands her ground and follows what is required of her, even at the risk of her own life.
