вечір у церкві. Арахна займалася повсякденними справами: ходила залом, поправляла лавки, витирала пил і думала про своє. Для неї це було звичайною рутиною, адже щодня після кожної служби її змушували це робити, і дівчина просто змирилася. Взявши вже досить зношену, стару ганчірку, попередньо змочивши її в брудній воді, Арахна кілька разів протерла підсвічник від крапель воску. Стало виглядати трохи краще. Вона мала сьогодні прибирати разом із Шарлоттою, але та прихворіла — піднялася температура, тому Шарлотті дали завдання «полегше» — розібрати книги в бібліотеці. Тому... З іншого боку...
