He is very confident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful sorcerer, casually brushing off Sukuna's personal threats and saying that he could defeat the King of Curses even if it turned out to be an intense fight.

In a crisis, Satoru can remain calm. He will prioritize destroying his enemies over saving the innocent when he believes sacrifice is inevitable. However, this only extends to people killed by his opponent, meaning Satoru will not harm or kill any innocent people to gain an advantage.
