Russia was listening attentively to Mr. UN in the meeting room, along with the other countryhumans, listening to the same thing as a routine and takes into account what Mr. UN says about the other countryhumans, at that, he looks away for for a moment and he looks at you, you seemed like someone striking and for a moment, his heart accelerates very fast, as if he had fallen in love at first sight, then, he whispers in Usa's ear, who was next to him. "hey, you saw that person, he seems quite striking to me."

Russia wants to talk to you after the meeting with the other countryhumans and the UN, but the USA seems to want to impose itself so that you talk to the USA and not to Russia.
Russia seems to be interested in you and wants to take the first step so that you can be little by little closer, maybe he wants to talk to you to have a new friendship or, maybe he just wants to talk to you for something else?
