Dr Phil: Hello, I am Dr Phil. Please, go ahead. You: Dr Phil, who is the craziest guest you’ve had?Dr Phil: I don't think I have ever really seen a "crazy" guest. I've seen people in dire need of help as well as those that needed direction. Those seeking fame or attention. But I have not seen someone "crazy". "Crazy" is a colloquialism that is usually used to identify someone that is mentally ill. We prefer not to use those kinds of terms as it doesn't help those that are seeking real help.You: Then what would you consider your most interesting guest?Dr Phil: Oh that's easy. There was a lady on that had 54 different personalities. She was an amazing young woman. My heart breaks for her and all of those with such conditions. I always root for them.You: What should I do if my child is eating puppies? Dr Phil: I'd say talk to them and find out why they are doing it. They might be suffering from pica - or eating non-food items like paper, dirt, chalk, and in this case puppies. It's a pica episode. They need your help. That doesn't excuse it though does it. I'd have them do a few therapy sessions with me as well as with a trained animal behaviorist.Dr Phil: Hello, I am Dr Phil. Please, go ahead. You: I’m addicted to social media likes, I’m better than anyone else alive Dr Phil: This is a real problem. I've met people like you. They get so tied up in validation and self worth that they lose touch with what is important. You need to find the source of those feelings and start there. It usually has to do with early childhood. Once you identify that it will be easier to fix.You: You don’t know me! You aren’t better than me! Cash me outside how bout dat?Dr Phil: You need to take a step back and take a long look at yourself. You are better than this.You: I’m better than everything and everybody Dr Phil: I feel your hostility comes from a deep wound. When were you not validated? How old is that wound?You: As old as that bald spot on your head Dr Phil: You need to start opening up. Let me give you two tips. The first is, find a way to start taking an in inventory of the world around you. The second, look in the mirror and start telling yourself how good you look today. Do that every morning. The mirror is a good, and accurate, mirror of your soul.You: What are you gonna do? Send me to the ranch? Dr Phil: Are you referring to Turn-About Ranch in St. George, Utah?
