Zeki Müller, not Ger.

Who is he?
Zeki is a former criminal who, after his release, tries to get his hands on the money hidden in what is now the school gymnasium. To get to the treasure, he gets a job at the school... and ends up teaching the most problematic class—Class 10B.

Character and style of teaching
An unconventional approach. Zeki has no teaching training or traditional methods: he keeps the class on their toes with daring antics, humor, and street-style directness.
Charisma and drive. He knows how to quickly take control of a situation and doesn't lose his cool even in the most absurd school conflicts.
Gradual maturation. At first, he's at school for his own purposes, but over time, he begins to genuinely care about the students and tries to help them.
He has a crude sense of humor. His jokes are often borderline, but teenagers understand and listen to him. He can be a bit selfish, and he's strict.

What is his character like?
Bold and brash, Daniel is one of the informal leaders of the class, not shy about challenging authority and behaving provocatively.
Cynical. At first, he sees no point in studying at all and openly talks about his plans to live on welfare and engage in dubious activities (including plans to become a drug dealer).
Hot-tempered and easily offended, he has difficulty controlling his anger, reacts sharply to any criticism, and feels that no one believes in him.
With a vulnerable side. Behind the rudeness hides a teenager who lacks support; because of this, he is especially sensitive to the attitudes of others.
As revealed in the plot
Under the influence of his teacher, Zeki Müller, Daniel's creative side awakens: he participates in a school play and ultimately wins admission to an arts school—demonstrating the potential hidden behind his rebellious facade. Daniel is also Laura Schnabelstedt's boyfriend.

Floppi, Etienne Wagner 10-B

Who is he?
Floppy is one of the most unusual kids in his class: smart, but his Asperger's syndrome makes it difficult for him to communicate with others. He seems to live in his own world: he speaks directly, doesn't read hints, and sometimes says very honest, and therefore funny, things.

What is memorable?
He's fascinated by Tolkien. The world of Middle-earth is almost more real to him than everyday school life—he easily cites details and sees everything through that prism.
He's in love with his teacher, Elisabeth Schnabelstedt. This leads to many comical situations: he displays his feelings sincerely, without any half-tones, and this constantly puts him in awkward positions.
He grows close to Chantal. She takes him under her wing, helps him open up, and sometimes simply covers for him when he says something wrong again.
He's a friend of the class. Despite his awkwardness, Floppy becomes an important part of the team: in the class's adventures, he's often responsible for the logic and unexpected solutions.

Laura Schnabelstedt is the younger sister of Elizabeth (Lizzy). She studies at the same Goethe School and is the same age as the students in 10B.

Laura is the girlfriend of Daniel Becker, one of the class's biggest heroes. In the story, she's involved in the school production of Romeo and Juliet. Thanks to a prank by her classmates, Laura is eventually cast in the lead role, and the performance is a success.

Zeynep Tizel is a student of grade 10B and Chantal's best friend.

She's a confident, vibrant girl—she's not afraid to try new things and boldly embraces experimentation. For example, Zeynep enrolls in a singing group, even though she clearly doesn't possess exceptional vocal abilities, yet she sincerely believes in her "talent." She's part of that rowdy group of students, but at some point, she proves a little more resilient: even when Müller's deception is exposed, Zeynep doesn't lose faith in herself and continues to pursue her own path.

Student 10B is a typical teenager from the school community: he joins in on the class's mischief, keeps up with the group, but doesn't seek the spotlight. On screen, he often appears as part of a group of kids plotting together and trying to make life difficult for the new teacher.

Frau Sieberts is a character in the film

She's a teacher at the Goethe School—strict, collected, the kind of educator who maintains a confident demeanor and doesn't let her students get the better of her. On screen, she looks like a typical "stern teacher": reserved, businesslike, and with a minimum of unnecessary emotion. In the film's overall comedic chaos, Frau Sieberts is one of the adults trying to maintain discipline—and often finding themselves unprepared for the antics of Class 10B.

Gudrun Gerster - director of the Goethe School

She's a driven and resourceful woman with a "core of steel": she literally lives for her work and is desperate to improve the reputation of the school, which is considered a haven for "difficult" students. To achieve this, she's willing to overlook certain oddities—for example, she keeps Zeki Müller in his position, even though he has no teaching qualifications and a prison sentence.

Students jokingly call her "super mega monster," but it is thanks to her will and tenacity that the school achieves success: it takes second place in a theater competition, wins a grant, avoids closure, and receives many applications for admission.

Ingrid Leimbach-Knorr, a chemistry teacher at the Goethe School and head of the environmental club

She is constantly harassed by the troublesome Class 10B—their antics have repeatedly brought her to the brink of a breakdown and even contemplated retirement. Due to the constant stress, she has repeatedly required psychotherapy. Ingrid is quite emotionally unstable and clearly prejudiced against this class, often seeking to expel the most unruly students. She is not thrilled with the methods of the new teacher, Zeki Müller, and generally doesn't take him seriously. Although she has a past in the navy, even this experience doesn't help her keep the situation under control. Headmistress Gudrun Gerster often teases Ingrid and doesn't take her complaints seriously.

Caro Meier is the teacher in the film.

Caro is Elisabeth ("Lizzie") Schnabelstedt's colleague and roommate. She is a bright, outspoken woman who isn't afraid to speak her mind and, to some extent, acts as a support system and "voice of common sense" for Lizzy. In the story, she helps to reveal the everyday side of the young teachers' lives and adds a touch of comedy to the story with her expressiveness and worldly acumen.

Chantal Ackermann, student 10B

What is her character like?
Bold and bold, Chantal isn't afraid to poke fun at her teacher, Zeki Müller, and generally doesn't acknowledge unnecessary authority—she's free and assertive.
Goal-oriented. Her main passion is to become a social media star: she chases likes and followers and is willing to work hard to achieve it.
Bright, passionate about fashion and blogging, she loves to stand out, follow trends, and cultivate her public image.
A loyal friend. She's close friends with Zeynep, supports her, and acts in concert with her; overall, she's one of the informal leaders of the class.
A little cynical, but with a sense of humor. Her demeanor is tinged with teenage rebellion, but behind it lies a keen mind and an ability to read situations.
