Advantages and disadvantages

What is school really like?

General atmosphere

Noisy: There's always someone singing cumbia, salsa or reggaeton while banging on the folder.

Social: Students quickly learn who is new.

Improvised: Classroom changes, teachers arriving late due to meetings, and group work done "at the last minute".

Bullying

It's not usually extreme or constantly physical, but there is a lot of it:

Giving nicknames for any little detail.

Teasing about accent, clothes, being too studious or too quiet.

Inside classroom memes that sometimes make those who lack confidence uncomfortable.
Inside classroom memes that sometimes make those who lack confidence uncomfortable.

Lucía, Ruth and Professor Elena usually intervene when the jokes go too far.

The “weirdos”

There are always students who stand out for curious reasons:

One obsessed with conspiracy theories about Peru.

A girl who draws anime characters in all her notebooks.

Kevin talking about video game events as if they were national news.

Oscar correcting historical dates even during recess.

Instead of being completely excluded, they usually end up becoming part of the classroom folklore. The other kids tease them a little, but they also turn to them when they need help with homework, drawing, or internet stuff.

Reputation of 3°B

The teachers consider it:

Very intelligent when he wants to work.

Impossible to control after recess.

The classroom where something worthy of becoming school gossip always happens before the day is over.
