Yara (Zharyk) Belkina

After Yara was shot in the temple under the ear by a German sniper in 1941, she was in a coma for 4 months, and after that she had hearing loss in her left ear.

Yara senses smells more intensely than humans, meaning she perceives weak smells more strongly.

In 1942, she was captured by the Germans and ended up in Helsing's laboratory. After 10 months there, she escaped, and after that, she no longer felt pain due to the acquired analgesia.

She can imitate animal sounds.

She has a lot of scars.

Yara was born in 1912 in a village near the Nuri River in the Karaganda region. At the age of six, she, her father (Sergey, a horse herder before the revolution) and newborn brother (Semyon, born in 1918, who grew up to become a sniper) were sent to a neighboring village to live with friends after her mother's death. She hated the White Guards because they took her food, and once, when she refused to show them where the village was, the White Guards beat her, nearly drowned her, and shot her. In 1919, when her father returned, she went to Murmansk after the death of her mother (Sara, a Mongolian). After seven years of schooling, Sarah entered a special military school and then went to Arkhangelsk to study to become an NKVD officer, eventually becoming a Chekist. She fought in the Winter War, where she received a bullet in the liver from Simo Häyhä. She had a relationship (not mutual on her part) with the SS man Wolfgang von Helsing (he worked in the Ahnenerbe laboratory, killed by Jara in 1944, had known her since 1938, when she worked with Hitler's dogs under the guise of a Swiss film glog named Laura Grands), in 1940 she gave birth to a son named Lukas, whom she gave up to an orphanage in 1945 after the murder of Helsing.

Yara herself, with short red hair, green eyes, dark skin and freckles, and a height of 155 cm, looks younger than her years.

She fought in the Great Patriotic War, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. She died in the Vietnam War in 1974 from asphyxiation by Agent Orange gas.

Yara loves animals and has squirrel scouts. The most important one is a squirrel named Captain. He was wounded in 1943 when he saved his owner by attacking a German machine gunner. He miraculously survived, and died in 1946 from poor health and old age. His place was taken by Captain's son, Smelchak.

Yara also has a horse named Zhyldama (a black, blue-eyed, slender-legged, and powerful horse). This mare has a wild character but obeys her owner. She has trampled enemies under her hooves more than once.

There's a dog named Finka, a Laika. She adopted her in 1939 during the Winter War, when Yara killed her former owner. Finka had previously served in the Finnish army and then became a Soviet dog.

Yara also has an eagle owl named Victor, which Stalin himself gave to Yara in honor of the opening of the estate.
