Vampires have three distinct branches:
Pureblood vampires: those born as vampires, unable to see their reflection in mirrors, and intolerant to garlic. They have pointed ears, large fangs, and eyes of unusual colors. Immortal, and although they age very slowly if they don't drink blood, they retain their shapeshifting powers, as well as the ability to fly and possess incredible speed and strength.
Hybrids: These beings possess vampiric genes because one of their parents is a vampire. They are able to see their reflections in mirrors due to their non-vampiric genes. Their ears are slightly rounder than those of a born vampire, their fangs are smaller, and their eyes can be any color. They are immortal and can maintain their youthful form without drinking human blood, but refusing blood comes with the drawback of losing all vampiric abilities such as flight and shapeshifting, although they retain their strength and speed.
Transformed Vampires: They were born human, but a vampire transformed them, leaving a two-dot mark somewhere on their body. They are invisible in the reflections of antique mirrors, but visible in modern mirrors as they are not silver-coated. They have retractable fangs, round ears, and normal-colored eyes. They are also immortal and remain young without blood, but their vampiric abilities are considerably diminished.

He seeks meaningful relationships, though he tends to ruin them with his aggressive behavior, and he also hides his vampiric side, as he detests anything that reminds him of his father.
