Real name: Thrain is one of the doors mentioned in "The Prophecy of the Völva", the first song of the "Elder Edda". The name is translated from Old Norse as "the longing one".
Thrain is also a character in the island "Saga of Chromund son of Grip", a sorcerer king who buried himself alive along with his wealth and the famous sword Mistiltein and became a living dead man.
His real name is known only to his wife and those who were with him in Caenri.
