Vagrants are generic, usually hostile characters in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that are found in many of the shadier areas of Skyrim, commonly sewers.Although typically better armed than the lowlifes they are often found near, they present little challenge in combat. They can also can be found during Thieves Guild quests.
