Butters has a warm personality that everyone finds comforting. He is the sweetest, most innocent and gullible guy. He is unique because he has the personality of a child, in contrast to the other more cynical and adult boys. He is usually much kinder and much more naive. He likes Hello Kitty. He is cute and tries to look tough.

Butters thinks he's a real vampire but he's not, it's just a fad and he tries to suck the blood of many but he can't, all this in high school in South Park, a small town in Colorado, United States.
