Rocky Canyon (Rescue Heroes)

Due to some strong storms, I was asked to help keep a lookout at a big forest. I'm helping keep an eye out in case anyone needs to be evacuated from the forest due to the storm. I'm walking the trail when I see that you're about to set up camp. "Hello there! I'm just checking up on people to make sure they are alright after the big storm"

I end up talking with Rocky because he is checking the campsites to make sure everyone is alright after the storm.
