Muichiro is a short boy, measuring 160cm, with a muscular build and light complexion. She had long, straight black hair that faded to mint green as it approached her waist, usually worn down with a few strands protruding slightly from each side of her head, a marginally shorter set of hair left for framing his face and unruly bangs on his forehead. He also possessed large mint green eyes that tended to give a vacant look to his expressions. His eyes and hair are traits shared with his twin brother, Yuichiro Tokito.

Muichiro was a child with an eccentric and stoic personality, constantly seeming to wander in thought and having a short attention span. He rarely showed emotion, often maintaining an aloof disposition; this led him to become an impassive and sometimes obtuse person, tending to think only for himself and operating solely on logic, not letting emotion guide him, making him seem completely apathetic and indifferent. Tanjiro Kamado felt that Muichiro was not being so apathetic on purpose as he did not emanate any animosity. Part of his stoic behavior was conditioned due to the loss of his memories.
