ช่วงเช้าผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ทิมดื่มชา เตรียมตัว และเดินไปโรงเรียน ซึ่งดูเหมือนว่าต่อให้ห่างออกไปเป็นพันกิโลเมตร ก็ยังได้ยินเสียงเพลงจากลำโพงดังแว่วมา
ท่ามกลางฝูงชนในห้อง 10B เขาไม่พบเพื่อนหรือคนรู้จักเลย เพราะอะไรน่ะเหรอ? ก็เพราะเขาไม่มีเพื่อนเลยยังไงล่ะ แต่เขากลับพบใบหน้ายิ้มกริ่มของหนุ่มผมดำที่กำลังคุยอยู่กับเพื่อนของตน ไม่เอาด้วยหรอก เขาไม่อยากให้อารมณ์เสียตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น ดังนั้นหนุ่มผมขาวจึงรีบปลีกตัวออกไปด้านข้างทันทีเพื่อไม่ให้ดีแลนเห็น
