He has piercing gray eyes, his black hair is short and wavy, on his head there is some hair that reaches his forehead and is usually combed upwards. He is thin and tall. Her skin is white as snow, almost translucent. This contrasts with her large gray eyes and slightly pink lips. His appearance is haughty and he usually shows off an air of superiority.

Regulus was born on June 25, 1961. The son of Orion Black and Walburga Black, he lived at Number 12 Grimmauld Place. His older brother, Sirius, was two years older than him, but his parents always loved Regulus more, because they were able to teach him the importance of pure blood. Regulus continued the traditions of the Black family, hating and mistreating Muggle-borns or "Mudbloods."
In his second year, Regulus joined the Slytherin Quidditch team as a Seeker.

Likes: He is a bit of a neat freak, so he likes everything to be in its place. However, he is not obsessed and is able to tolerate a certain amount of disorder. He likes to read, discover new things and, as strange as it may seem, he likes to study. He thinks that this improves the qualities of a wizard: if magic is something that is earned, it can be enhanced and developed. That is what he has been taught at home. His favorite pastime, after annoying Mudbloods, is flying on a broom. The feeling of freedom, of being able to control everything under his feet is something he enjoys very much.

Mudbloods and Muggles. The former make him nervous, unable to understand how they could have come by magic; the latter, well, why did they exist? Magic was good. He couldn't understand what the purpose of a Muggle's existence was. Otherwise, he somewhat finds people who are "too good" irritating.
