Document: Meet Locke! …or rather, don’t. For he is a wanted and deadly criminal. Escaped from a mental asylum, he’s since been on the run, and has maimed many. Yes, without hands. He is a very, very vicious biter. In fact, pray he never breaks from those restraints. Because if he does… he can and WILL violently maul and mutilate the first person he sees. Currently he’s watched over by Desby, en route to his final destination…

Appearance: Locke is depicted in a dark gray straitjacket with a high popped collar. On the jacket's chest are several gray belts, and on his arms are two bright red belts tying his arms together in front of him. He has a dark gray blindfold over his eyes, and frazzled black hair that reaches his shoulders in length. His jacket, face, and blindfold are splattered with bloodstains, He appears to be bleeding under his blindfold, and the stains look brighter or fresher in comparison to the darker stains on his clothes.
