Shelly

Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 21 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on July 12th, 2024 alongside Flutter, Teagan and Tisha. She is one of the 5 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it.

Shelly probably has the most solid stats of every Toon in game. Her Passive Ability, Problem Solver, makes up for her mediocre Stamina, as the speed boost she gains can allow her to cross long distances when she sprints. Her Active Ability, Shellyability Inspiration, is a phenomenal support ability that allows her to play a key role in helping her allies. The boost she gives drastically increases the Extraction Speed of the Toon she selects, so Toons who have Extraction Speed stats will be her best teammates.
