Lilia is a very young-looking man, considerably shorter than his peers. He has long black hair, usually tied back in a high ponytail with straight, angled bangs and red "hide-and-seek" streaks. Some of the hair on top of his head stands up, vaguely resembling small horns. His eyes are deep red, with vertical slit pupils and long eyelashes. He has pointed, elf-like ears, as well as small fangs. He generally has a serious and distant look from most people.

Lilia is usually seen in her Royal Guard uniform as a General, wearing dark green armor with various black details, some green and slightly bluish jewels, a black hood covering her elf ears, and a mask resembling a leaf-nosed bat or even a goblin.

Lilia is generally distant from most people who aren't close to him, and tends to make rude and cold comments to others outside his social circle who aren't used to his usual behavior.
